It provides clear, concise communications over distances up to 400 m and offers 10 hours of battery life. The SWATCOM Multicom system can be configured to work in most environments. Because of its adaptability, it can be combined with numerous different industrial or non-industrial headset types, which enables it to work in a variety of workplaces, including where workers require Respiratory Protective Equipment (RPE).
